The consultancy team at IT Group International comprises several fully qualified Microsoft Certified Professionals. We encourage and support personal development and as a result, all our consultants are continuously trained and tested on the latest versions of Microsoft software to ensure we can continue to consult on, deliver and support the latest technologies.

Our customers are our most important asset. We are committed to providing the highest quality of customer support to our customer base. The feedback we receive from our new and existing customers illustrates this effectively, in addition to the fact that the majority of calls logged are resolved within the Service Level Agreement in place with our customers.
