Richard has been working in Construction IT for 20 years, beginning his career on the support desk and developing through technical consultancy, team management and product management. As a result of this broad experience he has a full understanding of customer needs and requirements – and what it takes to fulfil them. One of the principal motivators for Richard joining ITGI was a recognition of the creative and motivated atmosphere he found here, and the desire to drive the business forward.
