HR2WEB from IT Group International is a browser-based system, allowing employees to use a company’s standard internet browser to access, input into and keep track of the company’s benefits and compensation data.
Employees can view the status of their accrued leave, make holiday requests or make necessary changes to their contact or benefits information - all without phone calls or emails to HR personnel.
Contract-based timesheets and expenses as well as holiday requests can also be entered remotely allowing them to then be approved via the system’s workflow processing functionality. Employees are automatically advised of the status of holiday requests via the in-built integration with Microsoft Office Outlook.
