IT Group International has undertaken extensive work in partnership with ConQuest to integrate our Construction Sector Solution, NAVISION, with ConQuest. The following summarises the key areas of integration:

1. Setup:  Cost Codes from ConQuest are imported into Navision via a Cost Code matching screen, which allows Cost Code allocation to G/L Account Numbers to take place.
   
   
2. Budgets:  Estimates are imported into Navision via a screen, which once validated populates Navision budgets. Multiple budgets are possible for different versions of the same Estimate. Most importantly, ConQuest Cost Codes and Activities (Phases) are used).
   
   
3. Procurement Workbench: The Procurement Workbench can then be used to create Purchase Quotes/Purchase Orders from the budgets imported from ConQuest. ConQuest resource lines can be picked and allocated multiple vendors for quotes and the winning quote can be converted into an order. Alternatively, a Purchase Order can be created directly. ConQuest Cost Codes & Activities are preserved and propagated throughout the system.
   
   
4. Valuations (Contract Sales): Valuations can be imported from ConQuest, entered directly or imported from the winning budget instead of a Conquest Valuation if preferred. Valuation lines themselves are rolled up to Cost Code & Activity level. The ConQuest resource detail lines can be drilled down to if required.
   Valuations can be certified multiple times to produce Certified Valuations. It is possible to process these in any order once they have been imported from ConQuest, so there is nothing to stop a user from certifying sections of say Valuation 3 prior to Valuation 1 as long as the uncertified Valuations 1, 2 and 3 have been imported. Amount to Certify can be entered for multiple Valuation lines by highlighting them and entering a percentage complete figure or by entering an amount directly for each line.
   
   
5. CVR: Allows analysis including ConQuest Cost Code by Activity analysis and shows Budgets and Actuals. Also provides a facility to enter adjustments.
